La Danse du Gobelet en Papier (Dedusmuln’s Theme)
Anyone else kinda hear that one Radiohead song “Everything in its right place??”
LLLLLLLLLLLLL this game is so terrible what is this this gets like three players every day
Erm 4 because of me🤓
This song was playing when my damn 5-page essay got corrupted on the due date... I never completed it in time...
Listened to this on the way home from the aquarium. The whole way, I had the image of an amalgamation of ocean creatures: Lobster, Manta Ray, Cuttlefish, Anemone, Coral... The stuff. I had the image of such a creature sunbathing, occasionally drinking in the ocean water to hydrate itself.
Dedusmuln’s song: yippee we’re going on a safari wowie look at those cool bugs Pongorma’s song: *fighting a fucking army alone*
This feels like a song you’d hear off Weens the Mollusk. not sure why it just has that vibe
i love the low fidelity of this OST, it gives such a timeless feel-good feel
this song is my happy place
Big same!
everyone says this song is disturbing but honestly i think its really pretty. i think of inner peace and rising to heaven when i hear this
It's so thoughtful of you and Chuck, making an EP and an LP to keep us fans in contact with the great odyssey of Hylics and connected to its characters during the long and time-consuming process of creating the third installment. To be able to peer into the minds of both the main crew and some antagonists alike is golden. It feeds the mystery of Hylics while also revealing new facets of it. I'm deeply enchanted by this world, having just finished the second game last night. It's awesome to see what began as an indie RPG Maker surreal recreational program turn into a multimedia operatic world, and seeing the passion of fellow admirers of the way of the snap Thank you guys so much!
I appreciate you so much! Looking forward to building the world out even more with MORE MUSIC!
I love this track so much! High quality! You maybe working on a sequel currently?
You better believe it!
Alguém cobra o Tropia pelo amor de Deus, ele tem que fazer um vídeo sobre essa live
There used to be a cool remix of this and Break Stuff from Limp Bizkit on UA-cam, sadly, I can't find it anymore
Even to this day this is still my favorite song in the album... So good!
Track 2 is always the most important one, hahaha.
I wish I had a pc I’d love to play these games they look amazing.
All I have is a really shitty laptop and it runs this game just fine it’s not particularly graphically intensive you should definitely be able to play it.
@@wamo1422 i have been heavily flirting with the concept of buying a steam deck just to play these cool oddities on steam. It’s a whole rock to turn over and I know you’re right. They don’t have wild requirements and I think the steam deck could fit right in there.
parking lot..?
This song always made me want to laugh
This one is probs my favorite. Just so much emotion poured into it. Especially at the end. Insane hype
It's definitely providing with important lore for the next installment!
I would love to play this gamee
God, it feels like it's been closer to a decade since this game came out. I can't believe it's only been 4 years and the OST has way more than a few thousand views on it like when I was first listening to it (not that I'm complaining). Everything about this game feels so timeless.
It's been a journey. More to come!
Why are there... So many... ...dead Pongormas here...?
This goes SO hard
This is amazing . Keep up the splendor work ! ! ! !
Its like music in the 2 hours trip at evening from one town to the other I'm so happy to remember it again, thanks <3
I absolutely NEED more songs with that funky guitar style like the riff that starts at 0:13. Does anybody know songs that fit the vibe of that riff,or what genre that would be considered?
My new record, "In plain sight" comes out on June 17th! It's not Hylics related, but it does have crazy fun guitar work on it throughout! See you in the comments section when I drop it in a few days!
Hell yeah man! Will do!
"what in the actual fuck did i just buy"
i love U hylicsは最高のデザインです そしてこれらもそうあるべきです
Landing ok
IT GOES HAAAAARD
I don’t know if anyone has pointed this out, but this is some of the strangest yet most enthralling music I’ve ever heard. It’s so lonely and alien, while also being bittersweet and melancholic. It’s like attending a funeral on mars
Especially the bit at 1:01
this is like everything ended and you're finally free after that. (i listened it almost all the time in this stupid period. now somehing good ...once again)
pongorma's lightning attack always made me think of that one wkuk skit where they were singing about religion and hats
these sounds looks like from UFO
This dosen't looks like a boss song....
Chuck and Mason, Hylics is one of the things that made me not commit sewer slide (hate that I cant say the actual word on yt comments) at my lowest moments, and I want to thank you both for being amazing people and creating a piece of art that influences everything I do. Thank you.
I appreciate the ever loving shit out of you. You are still here. That’s what counts. Reach out if you ever need anything.
in the club crying to this song
Big same.
First time I played Hylics 2, I got horribly, miserably stuck on this part. You can imagine how this song would start playing with my head after so long.
Song that might have played when Wayne steps out of the Waynehouse during one of the fights in hylics 5 and says “it’s time to wayne” and uses the special move Wayne crisper on the main protagonist who is a car driven by tyro
I hope you are well. I started Hylics later down the run but am thankful to witness it. I like its unique art style i just hope if hylics 3 comes we can have a lot more story. Thank you for making the game ❤
My favvorite ost
La persona que más ame en este mundo me terminó mientras está canción estaba de fondo simplemente no puedo ver el juego de la misma manera
The funk is killing me. Chuck, you genius!
I appreciate you! I loved composing and performing/recording this piece! It’s very “Rob Zombie,” by design. Mason wanted a “slow goth punk anthem” for this final battle. It is evident that people really enjoy this one, which is so gratifying! Thanks for listening/supporting us.
Is Chuck Masons spokesman, or does he have a bigger say over what Hylics is than we all thought?
Will Somsnosa get to sing her own song?
At the time, I wrote the piece for soms and couldn’t put all of the pressure of performance on my wife to sing it. We were both super busy and I was freshly recovered from a massive respiratory infection. I was way behind and just wanted to get it out. Initially, I wanted to sing somsnosa’s tune as Dracula, but then walked it back, hoping to get my wife to sing the role. Then things got so busy and chaotic, so I wrote the lyrics and sang the piece as Dracula anyway. In the long run, I really like somsnosa being the strong and silent type. Perhaps we will never hear her sing a song of her own, but I kinda dig that artistic decision.
@@chuck_salamone Makes sense. Absolute banger album.
Wakes up. Decides: Kill Lord Gibby, King of The Moon.
The borrowed figure, Gibby, King of the Moon, strangely observes the conundrum of realized individuals. So, Wayne's journey reaches the pinnacle of absurd ceasingly despairs. Dedusmuln teaches itself the emotional finances of trivalry evil, melting, boiling the carapaces. Somsnosa emerges from the emotion marshland and oozes the insects, fades the previous hourglass of frantically minds. Pongorma, awake, generously silences the teeth of mystic towers, quietly to knowing not but catalyzed gestures and forcefully snapping. The Spell of Absurdity, incresingly, diving into exponential multiplication numbers, plummets in temporal units. And thus, the dust satellite, monumental tide controlling mechanism, becomes spread and cracked indefinitely, ending Lord Gibby's reign.
Oh, the peace this song gives me. The relaxation of the organic computer's mechanisms. Realization orchestras, momentary.
Alguien sabe en que parte del juego suena esta música
Woahhhh.... How did you nake the effects over the claymation?
This is definitely one of those songs I find myself coming back to every now and then. It’s an incredibly unique final boss, for an incredibly unique game. The wobbly guitar sound gives it a goofy or almost playful feeling, while also keeping you on edge by not staying on a set note. 0:00 - 0:08 makes me feel like I’m submerged under water with the music just barely reaching me. 0:10 - 0:30 is an explosion of musical euphoria. You are no longer submerged under that water; you feel like you’re in the middle of a concert. 0:30 - 0:50 A minor melody starts to play that I would associate with Gibby. The drums become more prominent and their beat becomes menacing. 0:50 - 1:11 The bass line becomes more sinister while also having this “cool” or “confident” vibe, as Gibby feels his victory is assured with his newfound “omnipotence”. 1:11 - 1:15 A brief moment of respite where the pressure lets up a bit. The notes from the very beginning of the song repeat for one line, letting you know the music is about to get more intense, as well as the fight. 1:15 - 1:36 Sounds more confident and I believe it is in Major key, it gives me the vibe that Wayne’s party is getting the upper hand against Gibby. 1:36 - 1:56 Wayne and his friends’ strength is starting to become too much for Gibby to handle 1:56 Triumph
I appreciate this analysis so much! You totally got it, too! Thank you so much for listening.
@@chuck_salamone Ofc man! Your music is fantastic, and i had a lot of fun analyzing it! ^^
